Global Order of Satan United Kingdom
Global Order of Satan as a whole, and the UK Order in particular, was officially formed on June 24th 2018.
Emerging from what had once been the London chapter of The Satanic Temple, we sought to develop our Satanic philosophy, membership, and global reach beyond what was possible within the constraints of that organisation. Specific improvements included:
- a deliberate shift away from oppressive and hierarchical organisational structures
- free membership
- explicit condemnation of pro-fascist, racist, and eugenicist viewpoints
- an increased focus on local/grassroots issues
- financial transparency and accountability
- an explicitly welcoming environment for members who are LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent
The Global Order of Satan was formed to be a worldwide collective of Satanists united under a shared set of life values and moral Pillars, and rapidly expanded across Europe and beyond into the organisation you see today.
